ABOUT THE LUM FAMILY AND OUR FOOD:
Taste of Asia Restaurant is a family owned operation. We discovered Sarasota back in 1997, fell in love and returned many times. Our doors first opened in Downtown Sarasota back in October 2005.
Made from scratch with love
Chef Lam makes all of his sauces fresh from scratch using imported and domestic ingredients for the most authentic experience. The flavors and recipes of Chef Lam are original creations.
His unique sauces guarantee a culinary experience you will not find elsewhere. Each and every dish is personally prepared by Chef Lam; the starter soups, appetizers and main entrees.
It matters how our food serves you
Our friends and customers know the quality and freshness of their individually prepared meals. We accommodate many dietary preferences and restrictions, based on our customers’ needs and requests.
We are waiting to craft your perfect dish
Our menu offers Vegan, Gluten Free and “No Spice” options, and Chef Lam is ready and willing to make any special adjustments to fit his customers’ requests. Just ask Selina, Nikki or Katrina (Chef Lam’s family), “If he CAN, he WILL!”
We take pride in our reputation
The hard work of our family is rewarded by our continually growing base of loyal customers. Our regular, returning and new customers make our dream a reality every day. We hope you enjoy your dining experience and we look forward to sharing the Taste of Asia with you and your loved ones.
The Lum Family would like to say.. “THANK YOU SARASOTA!!!!”
